Chicken stir fried[recipe from Tasty Appetite,slightly modified by me]

Chicken stir fried[recipe from Tasty Appetite,slightly modified by me]

Chicken boneless cut into small bite sized pieces-1/2 kg
Onion-2
Peppers[green or other color]


Garlic-6 to 7 cloves

Marinde
Mix all of this together with the chicken pieces and keep aside in fridge for 2 hours
1. 2 teaspoon of dark soya sauce
2. 2 teaspoon of tomato chilly sauce
3. 1 teaspoon ground pepper
4. 2 teaspoons or more of Seasoned flour-[2 tbsp each of chilli flakes+ oregano+rosemary+thyme +cumin ,mixed with 2 cups of flour and salt to taste..this flour can be stored and used for dusting chicken,fish and veggies before frying]
5. 2 eggs

Fry the chiken on high flame till it is brown and glistening.Drain off excess oil and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok and add the onions ,garlic and peppers,which are cut in large chunks and stir on high flame.Add a splash of soya sauce and tomato chilly sause,and add the fried chicken and stir well .Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Take off heat ,serve with bread or noodles or fried rice .
